Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop and maintain robust scalable and high performance applications. The ideal candidate will need a strong expertise in .NET frameworks, a deep understanding of software development principles and the ability to mentor other developers. Responsibilities:
Application Development
- Full Stack .Net Development using C#, MVC and SQL Server
- Design, develop and implement software applications using .NET frameworks (.NET Core ASP.NET MVC, Razor and Web API)
- Write clean scalable and maintainable code
- Integrate third part API’s and service into the application
System Architecture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture
- Design and Implement architecture for new systems and enhance existing ones
Code Reviews and Quality Assurance
- Conduct code reviews to ensure developers adhere to best practices and coding standards
- Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Ability to write unit and functional tests
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Contribute to the professional development of team members
Documentation
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and updates to existing systems.
- Provide regular progress updates to the team lead or manager.
Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- Excellent in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API skills
- Some exposure to Blazor would be preferred.
- Experience of working with ORM’s such as Entity Framework and Dapper.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and writing TSQL.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity of working with Signal R and Hangfire or similar technologies
Experience:

Job Purpose:
As UX Product Manager, working alongside our Head of Product and within a small product team, you will be primarily responsible for the UI/UX strategy for our products, ensuring the implementation of the strategy via a UI/UX roadmap and management throughout the development to process to deliver updates which enhance the experience of our users. You will support the team in achieving the UI & UX strategy, documenting, creating a design library and sharing the vision with the product and technology team and the wider organization. Although the role will be primarily UX/UI focused, due to the dynamic nature of the product team there will also be a need and opportunity to contribute to the more functional elements and features of the products by creating new features or stories to improve features and managing these through the development process (primarily these will be where design / UI/UX are key). |
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating Accredit Solution’s existing sites and products for usability and creating detailed recommendations.
- Working closely with the Head of Product and CTO, lead the UI/UX strategy for existing and new products and features.
- Documenting the strategy and creating a design library using specialist software to create mock-ups, prototypes and resources to support the engineering team in achieving the strategy.
- Creating diagrams and workflows to visualise current and proposed business processes.
- Supporting the product team and engineering team in ensuring that Accredit Solution’s new products, functionality, and features are delivered to a consistent UX standard.
- Review, refine or make recommendations to stories and features from other members of the business to ensure they comply with UX Strategy
- Carrying out research into users’ needs liaising with the internal team and external stakeholders. Reviewing and refining the UX strategy in line with user feedback both internally and externally if required. Planning changes based on feedback.
- Based on evaluations and strategy, creating a plan/roadmap to improve usability and design which will form part of the overall product roadmap.
- Creating user stories and feature improvements which Improve the User Experience across products by simplifying user interfaces whilst ensuring the high degree of configurability in the Accredit Platform is maintained.
- Participating in planning meetings to discuss requirements with the development team.
- Overseeing and representing the implementation of the UI/UX aspects of the roadmap throughout the development lifecycle from scope and assessment to the point they reach the definition of done.
- Working alongside our Quality Assurance team to ensure that delivery is completed to specifications.
- Developing metrics, monitoring and reporting to track and allow for user experience improvements.

Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a UX/UI Product role within a technology organisation (ideally in SaaS).
- A high degree of knowledge of UX/UI principles and the ability to lead discussions around user-centric design.
- Experience in writing user stories and technical documentation.
- UI/UX Design: Strong skills in creating user-friendly interfaces, prototyping, and maintaining a design system. Use of software such as Figma.
- User Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct user research, analyse feedback, and track metrics to improve usability.
- Product & Project Management: Experience with roadmap planning, gathering requirements, and working within Agile frameworks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Skilled in working closely with product, engineering, and QA teams and communicating with stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic front-end knowledge, understanding of database impacts, and writing clear technical specs for developers.
- Quality Assurance: Collaboration with QA for testing and attention to detail in usability and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
