London-based software and accreditation experts, Accredit Solutions, will be showcasing their new contractor management platform at TheStadiumBusiness Summit in Manchester.
Accredit Solutions’ existing match-day accreditation software has been rapidly adopted by stadium operators and tournament organisers across the world and earlier this month won the Best Innovation for Security and Safety Award at the World Stadium Congress in Amsterdam. The last 12 months has seen the Accredit platform process over 2.1 million accreditations for major Premier League Football Clubs, The Rugby Football Union, New Zealand Rugby Union, Cricket Australia and the International Cricket Council to name a few.
Building on this momentum, the company has recently launched Accredit 365 – a new software platform that for the first time, gives stadium operators a highly efficient way to log maintenance jobs, appoint contractors, process accreditation and control the movement of workers 365 days of the year.
“Illegal workers, terrorist groups and increasingly, the Insider Threat, mean it has never been more important to know exactly who is in a stadium” comments Peder Berg, CEO and Co-Founder of Accredit Solutions.
“Our existing Accredit platform has helped some of the world’s largest stadium operators overhaul the way they operate their accreditation to improve efficiencies and security on match days. But the number of workers and contractors who need access to a stadium outside of these fixtures can run into the thousands. Assigning contractors, doing background checks, collecting documentation, producing badges and controlling access for everyone on a day-to-day basis can quickly become an unsurmountable challenge. Accredit 365 solves that problem with a one-stop centralised solution for managing this information,” adds Berg.
Key features of Accredit 365 include the ability for staff to log a maintenance job and assign contractors; collect and approve all necessary documentation; and process accreditation passes for individual workers. Contractors will use the platform to self-manage company documentation and assign workers to jobs. And individual workers can upload photos and credentials for proof of identity and security.
“We’re thrilled to be exhibiting at the Stadium Business Summit and look forward to showcasing our software solutions for accreditation and contractor management in Manchester” adds Managing Director, Nicola Greenaway-Fuller.
