Client Services Administrator

Location – USA

Job Type: Full-time, office or remote based, fully supported

The Role:
We are looking for a client services support administrator, to work within the client services support team supporting in the day-to-day administration activities to assist these clients. For the right person, this is an opportunity to be a part of the fastest growing and trusted credentialing software business in the USA. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth and promotion within the organisation. You will be working as part of a highly experienced team in the USA and will be involved in all aspects of the client services business function. You will learn about credentialing, event operations, software set-up, software testing and client services.

Under general supervision, the Client Administrator role is to assist the Client Services Director and Managers to deliver excellent service delivery to Accredit clients. You will report to the Director of Client Services USA and will work alongside our team of Client Services Managers to ensure the highest service levels are always delivered to the expected standards. You will be involved in some of the USA’s most prestigious sporting and live events, that Accredit Solutions is proud to have as customers. Duties:
Daily duties include supporting the client services team with the general administrative function; to be successful in this role, you should be a highly organised and excellent communicator who’s able to build relationships within the team and the companies client base. You should also be familiar with help desk software and CRM type systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director or Client Services and Managers in implementing key tasks for client delivery
  • Carry out administration tasks as instructed by the Director of Clients Services USA
  • Assisting the implementation of new client system rollouts and updates
  • Providing first line client service support to Accredit clients via support desk (Zendesk)
  • Escalating issues to the client services managers through investigation
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and reviewing for issue snagging
  • Participate in online product training with Client Services team
  • Assist in the production of key documentation (internal and external)

Skills:

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work remotely
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communications skills – written & verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, on the phone, in virtual meetings, face-to-face and within a team environment

Skills that are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working with credentialing
  • Interest in professional sports
  • Worked in a client-facing support function
  • Has advanced level knowledge in IT or systems
